    The Fifth Sunday of Easter

    Title:
    "Growth"
    Scripture: John 15:1-8
Key Verse: "Those who abide in me and I in them bear much fruit, because apart from me you can do nothing" (v. 5).
Theme: Fruit is a natural product of any healthy organism.  Plants produce seeds.  Animals produce offspring.  It’s a fact of nature.  Even if we humans cannot produce biological fruit, we have an amazing capacity to pass on knowledge, spark a positive future, and create lasting legacies for future generations...all fruit in their own way. Expert botanists and gardeners are deftly able to prune, trim, and cultivate plants to produce fruit.  How do we as a church-organism come the point of fruitfulness?
The Big Question: How do we produce fruit?
    Pax Christi,
    Brandon
